This Privacy Policy explains what information the Flidoh Android app ("Fliport", "the App") and this website collect, how it's used, and who it's shared with. "We", "us", and "our" refer to Flidoh Animations.

Information we collect

Account & contact information. When you request access or sign up, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and details about your project or service request.

Google Sign-In. If you or our staff sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile photo from Google to authenticate your account.

Content you provide. Chat messages, files you upload for review or delivery, quote and service requests, and any notes or comments you add in the App.

Payment information. Payments for deposits and invoices are processed through our third-party payment processor, Lenco. We do not collect or store your card or mobile money details ourselves — Lenco handles that directly.

Device & usage information. Device model, Android version, app version, and a push-notification token, so we can deliver notifications about your projects and diagnose problems.

How we use this information

• To operate the App — projects, file review and delivery, messaging, quotes and invoices.
• To send you notifications (push and email) about project updates, messages, quotes, and files.
• To process payments for services you request.
• To maintain, secure, and improve the App.

How we share information

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that power the App:

• Google Firebase — hosting, database, authentication, file storage, and push notifications.
• Google Drive — storage for project files you upload or that we deliver to you.
• Lenco — payment processing for deposits and invoices.

Data retention & deletion

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the App's services. You can request that your account and associated data be deleted at any time by contacting us below.

Your choices

You can manage notification preferences from within the App. To access, correct, or delete your personal information, contact us using the details below.

Children's privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, including the security infrastructure provided by Google Firebase, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
